When we took our company private in 1988, the man who lead the LBO, Bob Hammer joined our team. He is a briliant guy who taught me a lot about business. One day not long after he came onto the team as CEO, his executive assistant opened the door to his office and found him face down on the floor. At first she thought he had died! At the end of the article are several suggestions on ways to take that short break and improve your performance!
